I joined the discord to hopefully get some information about who developed their pterodactyl customizations.

I made the ticket, asked my question and waited. Went to check it the next morning and a support agent informed me that they don't share that information. Fair enough, right? Directly after this before I even responded to the agent someone higher up asked what they can help with. Confused, I restated the question since I just stated what I needed help with. Following this I never got an answer but got a message from their bot stating my ticket was closed and supposedly providing a transcript but that didn't work, as seen in the image below

Following this interaction I figured I'd stay in the discord, because why not. I changed my nickname to "Britton @ zealous.host" and figured that was it. Shortly after I got another message from a different one of their bots stating I had been kicked.

Although, I understand how this can be undesirable I had seen this many times in the past working with various hosts and owning a few myself so I didn't think much of it. The simple fact is no one bothered to tell me anything about it, they simply removed me. They could have contacted me, or simply changed the nickname and it would have been no harm, no foul. I find the actions by their support team highly unprofessional and very much lacking proper communication.

You advertised your summerhost in their discord. That is 100% a good enough reason to kick you and they don't have to give warnings or reason.

Can you please double check that you aren't logged into Discord on a different account when trying to access the ticket transcript?

And as UnfriendlyDuck stated, it is against our rules to advertise in our Discord, especially if it is another host, and we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding it.

My "summer host" that was created nearly 2 years ago, but you're right.

Can you please double check that you aren't logged into Discord on a different account when trying to access the ticket transcript?

I'm logged into the correct account. Like I said, I understand why but I would have appreciated the courtesy of a message being told something or simply changing the name. Regardless though, have a good day.

best support out of any host, the services wouldnt fit for what i need and they refunded me even though the refund window was closed!

Absolutely the best in the business. I've caused tons of problems in my servers and they've always been able to go above and beyond to help me fix them. I've had hosts in the past say it "isn't their problem" when I have lag issues, but no matter what it is, I've always had a solution given to me by Bloom's team. Beyond that, I've found their pricing to be some of the best. It isn't the absolute lowest, but you get what you pay for, and with Bloom, that's amazing quality.

10/10, would use them for more if I could!

My experience in Bloom.host hosting company was great. Their service is so good I couldn't ask for more. Staffs are responding at the same time. Satisfied client here from the Philippines.

The absolute best host i've ever been with. Quickest support i've ever seen.. Literal minutes till a response on discord. I run a server with 250+ mods and it runs PERFECTLY. I will be recommending this host to anyone who asks. 11/10 never been happier!
