It's $1.00 first of all, second OP was willing to pay. If payment is offered, payment is taken.

However you are not at all reputable there for it would be more beneficial to take the vouch.

This is so simple to do with Photoshop. In fact, you can even do this with some apps on a smartphone.

And I've just taught him how to blur pictures himself, so we may aswell close this thread.
