Terms Of Service
I have some terms and conditions. By using my service, you are automatically agreeing to the T0S.
1 ) Payment by g&s(if f&f is used it is due to reason/s). 50% of the payment is required to be sent to my PayPal before I can begin progress.
The remaining 50% should be sent to my PayPal before I can send you your requested build.
2 ) The requested build may be used for my portfolio.
3 ) Once the full payment is sent, you will receive your request as a schematic.
You may also request a free simple overview render for your use.
Your commission will be kept private and you may view it yourself.
4 ) You may request minor changes only within the next 3 days after you have received your schematic.
5) Strictly no chargebacks.
6 ) You may not request a refund of the total payment before/after you have received your schematic. Unless I have exceeded the given timeframe for the said project then and only then I will offer a 25% partial refund of the total payment.
7 ) Immediate cancellation of requests will result in a no refund.
8 ) Once a project has been done you may not request any sorts of refunds or compensation if the freelancer does not agree to it, issuing a chargeback while there are pending projects in hand for you and/or you have received one of the projects will, therefore, make the freelancer have full rights to re-sell the project/s.
Failure to abide by the T0S during the process will result in the cancellation of your order and refund will not be given.
