Offering a dedicated server I have located in SmartDC, Rotterdam (via i3D.net).
It has 2x1Gbps uplinks with 5TB monthly bandwidth on both interfaces. It comes with 8 public IPv4 addresses and a /64 block of IPv6. No DDoS protection is included.

Supermicro X11
Intel Xeon E3-1230 v5
16GB DDR4 ECC
1x480GB Samsung 750 EVO
Current OS: Proxmox - great for virtualisation.
Supermicro IPMI access will be provided. (USES 1 OF YOUR 8 IPv4)

Any remote hands costs 21.18EUR per 15 minutes. If you need another OS, I will probably add the remote hands on to the first month's fee as a setup fee.

Reverse DNS can be set for the IPs.
Brand new server.

This server is being taken out of the data centre on July 20, 2017. Any bills will be prorated to then. I am ideally looking for someone to pay for the entire period until then (would be billed to the 19th of July).

ONLY ACCEPTING CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS.

The colocation for this is roughly 70EUR/month. $35/month is around half that. This is a bargain.

If you want to buy the RAM and pay for someone to install it then yes but otherwise no. I don't have anymore DDR4 ECC right now.
