BrandCabin is currently looking for a few designers that can work on our team with a scheduled payment plan (explained further down). These designers must be incredibly talented and understand what makes a brand successful and why -- in return, they will receive multiple rewards for being a part of our team.

Scheduled Pay
Any designers that are hired to work for BrandCabin are given the option of two payment plans.
A) You get paid up-front per commission for a fixed fee discussed previously with the management team.
B) You get paid on brand sales (which will result in more commission opportunities). The payment is still the discussed fixed fee.

Why not just pay everyone up-front?
Some designers like to be given a deadline, while others don't. With our second payment scheme, you are given a single domain (with a brand profile) to complete, and upon completion -- you may request a new one. There is no specific deadline (reasonable of course), and worst case, the work will be forwarded to a designer who is looking to complete the task.

How many designs do you need?
BrandCabin is currently buying at a rate of 20-50 domains a week, split between 3-4 designers is around 12 designs each which should give a very decent payout if you do decide to handle the maximum workload.

How does the payment process work?
You are given a name, description, and an idea of what our management team is envisioning -- with this vision, you will work with an executive member on ensuring the branding meets the goals. Payouts for option B are paid out on the first of every month.
