BTC Gateway

Hello,
I need a custom BTC gateway with the following features:
- Unique addresses for each transactions
- An endpoint to create transactions given btc amount and returns temporary unique address.
- An endpoint to pay a certain address with a certain btc amount.
- Should send a webhook to a specified url when transaction has X confirmations or more.
- Cannot use setTimeout or anything that might cause huge memory usage when scaled.
- Can't depend on any apis such as blockchair etc..

This must be made in Node.JS, preferably TypeScript.
