Bug in resource updates

After edit the description of one update the titles changes to 0

I had the exact same issue with one of my previous updates (haven't tested it since then). If an example is needed, here you go: https://builtbybit.com/resources/8501/updates#resource-update-86578. After editing it once, it will automatically set it to 0 and you can't change it.
