Help and support needs a "Bugs" forum, or something similar, for members to report issues with the site.
The suggestion forums are crowded with posts about "Add <blank>" and "remove <blank>", suggestions based on opinions, not actual problems.
A section for users to report bugs would be helpful in making other members aware that the bug exists, so they don't freak out if they stumble into it, and if there's a way to avoid it, they can do so.
This would also help organize what issues are currently being fixed, so every other user is not PMing staff "Hey, this is broken". Or if they do, they can be directed to a forum for them.
Yes, a forum full of everything that's wrong with the site isn't the best thing for our image..
But let's be real here, neither is hiding it.
Your thoughts would be highly appreciated.
(I'm a developer, so I'm a bit biased in favor of issue tracking.
