Im making a build at the moment that i would like to sell.​

But im not sure what i should turn it into.
I could make it a Prison spawn. Or a Hub. Or maby something else.
Give me some ideas so i can finish it

What about some customizable build like some exits that can be use for faction spawn and also can be turned into portals, some customizable areas, that can be used as a shops/info/etc and also are aesyly closed so it can still be some nice hub
