Bungeecord Network

Hello,
I am going to be starting out fresh from an old Network I used to own called Infinity Network using HosteHorde's Server hosting services. I will be looking to have a Hub server as well as Factions, Skyblock, and creative. (Possibly to add more later on). What I need is somebody who knows a lot about bungeecord and server setups that would be able to set these up for me for a reasonable price, as well as give me a short rundown on how it all works and how I will use it.
