I’m just making him aware of what Chad’d “I’m closing the server” post said which is that he will DMCA you for copying MCSG withouth rights, whether he will or not, I don’t know.

MCSG is a plugin built on top f Bukkit that is built on top of Minecraft. He had no rights over any of it. He can't even DMCA someone if they literally call their server MCSG as the name is descriptive.
