Hi, as you may know Mineage has a plugin that drops 1 coupon codes anywhere in the map that is in a form of a book and you look through the pages of the book to find the codes for buycraft. It can be 30% off, 20% off, or even a rank! It will announce when and where the book will be dropped in the public chat. How much would it cost to make this? (I'm not buying at the moment and just need to know how much it will cost)

It'd simply just have to be a drop plugin that drops a book with a code you have created in buycraft on it.
Shouldn't really be that much to be honest.
But is it possible for the plugin to create the buycraft coupon code by itself?

He needs to automatically generate a coupon code using the plugin and that coupon must be valid on the Buycraft website. Basically he need's a plugin that will create a coupon code on Buycraft and send that coupon code to server where it can then be stored in a book.

DwapDatBase Anyways, this is possible, however very difficult and it can have some security flaws and possibly not work depending on your system. As for a price estimate on something like this, it depends on the developer. If it was me probably around $70-100

I'm a fairly inexpensive dev though the way I would do this would be to basically create a bot that would log onto buycraft and create a coupon code and pull it into the plugin. That's how I would do it, but it obviously proposes problems like security issues, changes to the buycraft website etc. Other devs may do it a different way that may help solve these problems and it would cost more that way.
