Buying Chat restriction plugin

Greetings, McMarket. Today I represent a client who does not speak english.

They are looking for a plugin that restricts players being able to see each other's chat messages to anyone within 20 blocks.

To elaborate, if a player types something in chat, only those within 20 blocks can see it.

Please post your offer in here with your skype or PM me with them. I will put you in a combined chat with you, me and the client after making a shortlist.

Being able to speak fluent dutch is a large plus.

You would need to add essentials chat to your plugins folder. Go into essentials' already generated config and ctr + f "chat". You should be able to figure out the section which allows limited chat range.

If your client happens to need a name tag limiter too, I happen to have one.
