Buying Factions Server setups, servers, or spawns.

I would be willing to pay up to $30 for either a Factions server, setup, or spawn. I really would like it to be a setup though, as that is what I am primarily looking for. I would also like the map to be of good quality.

I would do this along side my other Developer. However the Map wont come with it, Just Plugin setup etc? Is that Ok?
