Buying Non-OP Factions Setup!

As you see on the title "Buying Non-OP Factions Setup", it means that I need a factions setup that isn't op..just like those normal faction servers ... also, the server must require 7 or more things below that I am about to list..

Requirements:
- Custom Built Spawn
- Custom Shop (Also shop prices must be configured with signs)
- Crates Setup
- Crates Room
- Ranks Setup (Donator Ranks and Staff Ranks and the default rank)
- Enchanting Rooms
- Mob Grinding Room
- Donator Shop
- Permissions must be with PEX (a.k.a PermissionsEx)
- PVP Arena (Any size, small, medium, big, but I recommend Small)
- A Wilderness Spawn (Any size, small, medium, big, but I recommend small)
- Kits Setup for each donator rank and the default starter kit
- Nether & The End Spawn (Any size, small, medium, big , but I recommend medium
