Buying Plugin Configuations

I need a developer other than myself to help me config all of my server plugins, I am not familiar with configuring plugins, but i have my knowledge, I will pay around 35-40$ for a person who has got there stuff right, I will go into skype screenshare my shockbyte plugins folder you help me form there, I only want a working factions server, and hub, so that nobody can like exploit around on my server, and i need help with my groups and permissions, i dont know how to get the default users with the global groups, and multiverse, and per world stuff, with the plugins and permissions for groups in each world, and so that people cant tp others into like the nether and have whatever they want, so that, the factions is completely good, Like if you ever played factions thats good, i want that, Im willing to pay for what i cant do, And i pretty much will pay around 45$ to maybe 50$ or 35$ depending on how well you can work and how fast, and efficient to my needs you work, My Skype is XeWisdom, I will not be on it for like 1hour so once im on ile message you right away then you can help me, I can chat through here on a conversation but my school has blocked all of the ports, so skype is not available right now. I Will also be looking for warp setups.
