Buying/Requesting a Cape/Client [Custom]

I'm looking to get something like a "hacked client" made but It's nothing to do with hacks. I'd like to have a custom cape that people can buy or I can give them, If that's not possible like optifine then just something that gives people capes. On top of that I wanted the client to have custom text on the top left of the client saying something I request, along with buttons on the pause menu and main menu ect.
