You do /shop and it opens up a GUI menu which there are different sections like blocks,

TheDufe might have wanted a unique plugin. He wouldn't have posted this if he knew he could just buy it off spigot.

Sorry to say it, but this is a stupid comment. The reason you want custom over public is that it is unique to your server therefor gaining more players.

I understand custom and unique part... but its dumb unless you are a huge server or a small server with a good player base.

Incorrect again! How are you going to gain a playerbase with the same plugins as other servers? Your server is not different to theirs so why would people move to another server with the same plugins with less players?
In conclusion, to start a playerbase you need to be unique unless there is a lot of advertising ect.
