BVotifier Help

Hello, I just needed a little big of help for this is my first time running a bungee server and I am trying to understand how to get BVotifier working. What I did was generate the config files within the bungee server then carry them onto my 2 actual servers so that they share the same public key... then I left the config alone and simply grabbed the port and public key and went ahead and posted them to a voting site along with my proxy ip and began voting to see that the votes were not being read. Any help or suggestions please?
