To give a little context, I use Vape Lite which currently has detection methods (I am a staff member for the server I play in) and I am just a screenshare away from being blacklisted. I don't know the strings nor the processes so my only other option is to go custom. I want something undetectable in screenshares and coded from scratch with no copy and pasting.
As for my budget, I prefer to be given a price as I know different developers charge different prices. All you need to know is that I do have a job and I am willing to go a little high.
