I actually have updated cracked software and licensed keys that can be shared, am I able to sell them here?
Examples are Avast premium license key, grammarly premium, adobe software etc.

No, obviously you can't sell illegal stuff here.

If you're selling license keys, then I think it's allowed (don't quote me).
But if you're selling software that has been cracked and you're selling it, then no. That's not allowed.
