Hello, I am the Owner and Developer of CanadianPvP Network. We have OpPrison and KitPvP on our network. KitPvP has been setup and running for over a month and Prison is currently being updated. We need some staff on KitPvP as well as some staff on Prison.
If you would like to come and check out the server the ip is CanadianPvP.net or VapeMc.com You aren't required to join but if you wanna come and check it out before you apply you are more than welcome!
Here is the reasons why I am looking for staff. We get a lot of applications from our current players and as I like them to have a chance at being staff. I cannot decided weather to make them staff or not and I don't want to hurt anyones feelings. So, I want to have people that I don't know or don't play on the server to apply so if they get rejected I wont have to hear it on the server everyday. If this makes me sound to nice or rude I am to nice and Yes.. I can be rude
However, We have a very unique staff ranking system.
When you apply you apply for helper. If you do your job and can keep up with everything that you need to do. After a full 30 days we will decide weather it is time for you to get a promotion or you may need to stay helper for a bit longer.
Once you are promoted to Helper+ you will be able to let us know weather we should promote helpers or not. You are basically the "Parent" To the lower ranks. You will have your helper+ rank/Moderator rank for up to 60 days. Once this 60 days has ended the admins, owners, and developers will decide if you deserve to be promoted to Admin/Moderator+
Once the staff has decided weather or not you should get promoted to Admin/Moderator+ You will either be promoted or stay the current staff rank that you are.
Once promoted to Moderator+ or Admin your job is to help players fix small bugs that can be fixed in game. Help come up with new server ideas, and keep the community clean and user friendly!
Once you have hit the Moderator+/Admin rank you will forever be that rank until you decided to either retire or stop playing minecraft. (If you do).

Please note: If your a Helper or Helper+ you don't need to know a thing about rankup plugins essentials etc. As long as you know the basic command you are good to go. However, Moderator+ and Admin need to know how to use most essentials commands and pex commands. As well as how to fix rankup issue or in game issues.
