I am looking for a way to further fix 1.8 tnt physics so that tnt cannons work. I already use paperspigot and it barely works. I know that it's possible as servers like cedge and gontroller have done it. If anyone could do this for me that would be amazing.

Yea... I can make a plugin that when a tnt block is moved by water it will be teleported back, but your tps will be under 16 for the rest of your life.... The owner/youtuber of Saico (cedge) said they got a custom spigot to make it work, he could be legit or he could have no clue what he is talking about.
