Cannot access View Sales or Manage Licenses in Seller Dashboard

I tried it on my phone, on and off wifi, tried it on my desktop, I can't get in to create any new licenses, I get a bad gateway error every time.

Try clearing your cache.
After taking a min to load (which so needs to be fixed for users with lots of licenses) it was working for me

Using that method I got to the part to try and make a license before I got that same error.

Unfortunately, yes. You have to ask staff to remove licenses but you can still add new licenses for someone who has never had one before here: https://www.mc-market.org/resources/market-place-license/add

Same. They have been saying there looking for a fix for a while. Nothing is ever done and it makes it almost impossible to edit licenses.

Update here: I still can't do anything, this includes the statistics page.

At the moment we aren't planning to do any more development for our site until we can migrate to XF2 since we'll have to rewrite everything then. Perhaps once we move to XF2 and have fixed all the bugs that come with that and have more time for some new development we can work on this, but for the moment this isn't something that we can justify the development for.

Successful resource authors with hundreds/thousands of purchases are super important to us and we want to keep you happy, we're just not able to fix this easily so we'll be waiting until XF2 to do it. Please create a ticket if you need assistance in the future, thank you.
