Alright guys, so.
Originally I had this server and I was going to open it as a OP Prison Server.
But I couldn't do it on my own and couldn't get anyone to help..:/

Therefore I want to take on this idea that I was thinking about, it's a build server thing;

People can come on the server, say they're from MC-Market, I'll then make them OP so they'll have perms to everything - worldedit and stuff.
(Yes, I'll be blocking commands like /deop and I'll get a plugin where you guys can't break other peoples stuff without permisson. - Like plots, only a hella lot bigger.)
If you make a build or anything that you would like saved to a .schematic, you just ask me to do it or you can do it if you know how then I'll send the .schematic file to you.
If you want, you can break the build after you get the file. (I will not be stealing builds.)

I mean, it kind of works, but I don't think it's worth you setting up a server like this as a good deed, use that dedicated host to set up something that will benefit you. Most of us already either have our own servers, or a creative server that can give us schematics in the same way that you would, so it's unlikely you'll get many good builders showing up. It's a nice thing to do and I'm all for it but you should set up something to benefit you.
