Can't upload my plugin ?

hello , so i was trying to upload my plugin and when i click on save nothing happen for a long time.
when i click save nothing happen , preview works but nothing else , i tried different browser close it , restarting my network nothing

Description and a lot of info are there but they're vanished when i take the screenshot
