Cashapp help

Whenever I go to add add money to my cash app balance I keep getting an error saying

“this transfer failed”

I’ve contacted my bank and they said nothing is wrong and I told them not to block any transactions from cash app, also I’ve tried to contact cash app support but they’ve been no help so I’m stuck anyone got any ideas :

could be that your account isn't verified, as that screws up a lot of things. If you urgently need it though, I can pay you via cashapp and you pay me via another method, would take a fee for this though. lmk, and hope this gets resolved.
