Change the suggestion agree/disagree into a poll

Remove agree and disagree from the suggestion thread because the ratings/reaction get abused a lot. To fix this problem, add a forced poll of yes and no to the suggestion thread.

You click yes or no on the top of OP if this get implemented. I think that is a bit easier.

It would not be easier it would be exactly the same... There is no need for this as it is literally the exact same thing.
