Change Winner back to Vouch

Il make this thread since there is a new owner now. So basically the reputation system is a bit broken as someone can get reputable just by posting actively etc rather then conducting deals. Vouch was a very useful rating and I hope you reconsider adding it in instead of Winner. Thanks

.... This is not a fucking reputation system, it's called "Ratings" for a reason, and "Vouch" was renamed to "Winner" for a reason because people thought it was a reputation kind of system... So stop asking this already, I've seen over 5 threads about "BRING BACK VOUCH RATE" and that bullshit.. Mick would easily agree with me and decline this

Ratings isn't a reputation system but 'Vouch' is the closest thing to one.

I just said that yes ratings ISN'T a rep system however a rep system is required and vouches is the best choice we got atm probably.
