Currently we have the Investments & Loans section as one, when loans and investments are two entirely different things. Here's what I think needs to change.
First, the two should be separate forums. This would help organize the sections way more and allow users to find what they want with more ease. Both forums need to include Offering/Requesting prefixes as well to also help users when creating their threads.
Second, the Loans section needs higher requirements than just 1 month of being on the site. Currently Loans are used so often for new people to come in, take $50 or so and run off to never return it again. Many users who get scammed often get scammed through loans. I believe additional requirements should be added to help ensure the users in the loans section aren't as likely to scam. I think 3 months of being on the site and 10 positive rep would be a fair change in my personal opinion, though I wouldn't mind it being even higher.
