Chargeback help

Basically I got scammed while buying a steam account, I payed through the familly/friends option. I know there is no way to get the steam account back after it gets locked but I want the money back. Even if it's not a lot I hate lettings scammers get what they want and I want to know how to do it in the future. Can anyone teach me how in a pm?

Not sure whether this would work but heard a friend used this line and it worked.
He claimed that his computer had been RAT'd and that was why it apparently came from his IP and gave information to show that the purchase wasn't his.

That's what I thought as well, but I don't like to think of people that I don't know negatively.
Information given as an answer to this question, can be both used negatively and positively in both situations.
