Chat Plugin

I basically just want a chat plugin that is configurable so that people can see chat in the worlds that are "shared." I want this to be configurable so that I can easily add more chat channels. One MAJOR thing I want is to have NO prefix before the chat message. Other plugins I have tried the problem with them is that they have the ugly chat prefix that I cannot stand. If you know an already public plugin and how to remove the prefix please comment and I will give a dollar to you (why not) if not though, I feel this plugin wouldn't be too entirely hard to make I would pay 10-20$. It needs to work with the following plugins:

I would also like a permission to the command /chatspy where they can see chat from ALL worlds and chat channels
