ChatControl Formatting & Configuration

Looking for someone who is very knowledgable with ChatControl (PRO). I know what I want but am not exactly sure how to code it so I need to be able to go through the setup with someone and have the files configured to work correctly.

Have a very basic setup, couple of minimally different formats depending on if the player is staff or vip, and essentailly just going down the Plugin Overview page on Spigot to make sure all the basics are covered. Also have a few MVDW Placeholders that need to be added.

Looking to have this done in 24-48 hours. Will pay $7 USD (via PayPal) upon completion to have this done.
