Cheap/good hosting?

Im opening up a new server soon and im not sure what the best hosting is now a days its been a while if someone could send me some links of suggestions would be greatly appreciated

If your looking for dedicated use OVH but other than that your best bet for quality is nitrous but make sure to look about as there may be cheaper.
