Cheap Host

Hey people !

I want to buy cheap host wich doesnt have to be so big. I need cheap host to host my building server,and I need it fast. I really dont care about the specs or anything,only things what matters is server can handle few building plugins (like: voxelsniper,worldedit etc.) without huge lags. If needed some more information I can add it,just comment it. Im pretty nooby with hosting things so I want to make things simply as possible !
