I have been doing servers for about 4 years now and have great amounts of expertise. I can do any platform (macOS, Linux, Windows, etc.) and deliver on time and make sure that the server is as fast as possible while still delivering what you asked for.

2: Please do not charge back me. if you do, I will immediately take back all of my services and then refund you if that is what you wish

5: I can refund you if you wish to be refunded, but I need a valid reason first, and if I can fix the problem, I will do so free of charge.

7: All hosting/subscription services that the server requires will be paid for by the user.
