I suggest building up a portfolio, and a reputation before asking for payment. And not gonna lie, I suggest you make it more professional especially if your gonna ask for payment. Don't use "b4" and also capitalize and punctuate correctly. This just makes you less professional and doesn't make you look good. Also, doing a free trial in return for vouches? What if they didn't like your trial? I truly suggest building up reputation and so on, but hey, that's only my opinion, whether you take it and use it, is not my choice.

Please for the love of god, do not work with large youtubers. Before even offering your services, learn the basics of the youtube algorithm and build up a portfolio. You have zero references, an unprofessional post and you give a lot of promises about something you're clearly not knowledgeable in. Until then, good luck!

Imagine you owned a theme park and you offered tickets for free, as a trial, and then when they arrive - it's a whole bunch of nothing. That is what you are offering people right now; you always learn on the job, but with this profession you NEED to have a foundation to start with. Start with video editing or analytical research, and then build up from there. Get some smaller theme park rides before you build the big one, or it'll never be built.
