1. You Are NOT Permitted To:
- CLAIM any artwork created by me as your own.
- REDISTRIBUTE or RESELL any art created by me.
- This includes SKETCHES/PREVIEWS/FINISHED PRODUCTS/etc.
2. You Will Be REFUNDED If:
- You cancel your order BEFORE I have finished the desired sketch.
- I am able to cancel your order at ANY POINT during the process.
(This action will be used under distinct measures)
3. You Will NOT Be Refunded If:
- I have BEGUN the linework/inking/painting process of your order.
- Once your order has been COMPLETED.

- I Reserve The Right To DECLINE Your Order.
- Payment must be made via Paypal.
(I will send you an invoice through Paypal)
- 50% of the payment must be made before I begin on the artwork. The other 50% of the payment must be made after the desired sketch is DONE and AGREED UPON.
- Messages between myself and clients MAY/CAN be recorded.
- I reserve the right to open a DISPUTE with Paypal/MCM when/if necessary.
