City-Themed Hub - 100x100

Hello. I'm looking for a city-themed hub.

Size: 100x100 - 200x200
Budget: $150
Description: The hub will consist of 4 bigger buildings in all directions, with teleporters inside. In the center is a rotunda/town square that is connected to the buildings with roads, also roads all around.
Next to the bigger buildings are smaller ones, without portals.
Buildings are connected to eachother, so you only need to build the front of them.
