Customizable Classes
A Class guy when you first log in, a one time class chooser like in oblivion.
Small perks for each class like item restrictions and potion effects.
When you spawn in for the first time you get a chest, you open it and can chose your classes.
pretty much what i want is a kit pvp plugin, but with permanent kits, and for the class to show up as the group manager prefix..? And no starting gear, just effects and bonuses.. A little thing to enhance the role-play feel.

If you know of a plugin like this please list it? I've been searching but they all are just a complicated mess
