Hello, MCM. My name is Jai, but I am known better as Renovix. I'm here today to offer my services as a manager for your community, server, and staff. Not only this, but:

I'm currently looking to be the second/third/fourth owner of a server. I can't help fund the server but can provide management duties in the stead of that. I'd work for free, of course. I'd be one of the owners and the manager of your server. Right now, I am only looking to work with larger servers... ones which have been up for a while and have a constantly high playerbase. I would begin as a lower rank, possibly manager, maybe lower. I'd prove my worthiness before joining the owner(s) as a owner.

My position on the server would be to manage the staff, community, forums, and the overall server. I'd also (being one of the owners) search for people who can complete resources we need - (devs, graphics-artists, server-exclusive-plugins) with the money and permission of you, the first owner. I think that my management can be a substitute for the funds I'd normally provide.

I find it funny that you expect a good server owner to just let you walk in and take over. Also, its pretty hypocritical of you to quit managing minecause to ask someone else to take you in. What? minecause wasn't good enough for your skills? Getting a big head because you post all these management threads to boost your ego?

1) I never managed MineCause. I was the forum administrator, and rocket took over my duties so I left. Don't make up lies. Gruss can confirm.

2) I believe a smart server owner would start me as a helper or such to see how I work.

3) I'm not boosting ego, I'm offering services. That's what MCM is for.

I was reading your thread and I laughed.

I'd appreciate if you tell me why you laughed. I'm fine with you laughing, because it is obvious to see that people are laughing from this thread - but only Straight has provided reasoning and I have taken measures to make sure that his reasoning was implemented into my thread. You and NotOkay, on the other hand, are fooling around and giving no such valid reasoning.

I'd like to point out that this is basically a staff offering thread - as it clearly states that I would definitely be willing to start at a lower staff rank and work my way up to the destination - owner (co-owner).

Now, I would really appreciate it if you went and rated some other posts funny, instead of ruining my reputation and providing no reason to do so other than "HAHAHAHAHAHA RENOVIX IS SO STUPID HE MADE ME LAUGH CAUSE HE WANTS TO GET OWNER ON A SERVER WITHOUT TRYING WHAT A LITTLE LOSER." So please.... leave me alone, lol.
