Selling discords are allowed. But, don't know about the fact that that is a PayPal one -- anyways, no one should buy from a human being like him/her. False neg-reps, sells reputation, scams people, lol. nice.

Not sure about that part. 100% sure people don't like purchasing them as they normally get into a lot of headache and issues.
