I feel like not being able to resell this is more like renting a build indefinitely. When I buy it, I certainly don't have all rights to it, therefore making it not completely in my possession. This is also backed up because you say "I'll take it back" (even though that's kind of impossible) still makes it so that it's not in my possession.
