You'll only pay someone 10% of the donations you don't even know if you'll get, and they have to do all the work for you, be on 6 hours a day during the week and 10 hours on the weekends? I saw the title and it looked appealing but I have a full time job so I couldn't meet any of those requirements. Good luck finding someone though, but I suggest you get another way of paying them if you expect them to do a lot.
