Co-Owner for a network!

Hello, I am Jake, and I am looking for a Co-Owner for my network.

Before you even think about "applying" would not say it is applying exactly I would like to say some requirements.

1. You have to be the minimum age of 15.
2. You have to be mature.
3. You have to have experience!
4. You must have worked on other servers. Bigger ones, 50+ playerbase atleast. (I myself is a staff member on a server with 300-1.2k players daily.
5. You must be able to pay for a few things we may need, I have hosting covered.

Some questions I will cover.

Q: Will I get any part of the donations.
A: Yes, we will split it 60/40 (Me and a friend are both Owners).

Q: How big is the server?
A: We are not officially released. We are still making some more servers! But it will consist of, Factions, Skyblock + 2 other servers.

Q: How much RAM do you have currently?
A: We currently have 27GB of RAM over the whole network. 8GB for factions, 8GB for skyblock, and 2x4GB for the 2 new servers, 1GB for bungee, 2GB for our hub server.

Q: Do you have a domain?
A: Yes, though it is not really the best.

Q: Do you have any other staff members?
A: No, it is only me and my friend, we are both the network Owner, we know what we are doing.

Well, we have been making the server for a few weeks now. We have got Factions and Skyblock setup, but there is always room for improvement. We have not released yet, as we just got two more servers. They are both 4GB each, and we are not sure what gamemode we should do, I am thinking one of them to be prison as we already have a setup for it.

We are hoping we could improve our skyblock and factions server as we have a temporary spawn for the both of them. Me and the second Owner both have some decent enough building skills to create new spawns when we need it.

How many times do you have to paste the same thing on many threads before you relise- It just makes you look like even more an idiot and wannabe.

Awesome! Do you have a budget for adv?

Unfortunately I do not have a budget for advertising. Most of the money has wen't to other things, such as the following.

Hosting,
A temporary domain,
Few premium plugins,
And the odd few things on the side.

What we are in need of is;

Advertising,
A second Owner, I would class it as a third as there is a friend of mine who is a Owner.
Graphics, we do not have any good graphics, just a few slapped on pieces of work.


We are hoping the second Owner could help cover some of these costs. Does not mean you have to have 1000$ just to waste on some .org advertising and graphics. We just need someone who can pay around 50/50, I got hosting covered as well as some sponsored servers. We also have a cheap .xyz domain, as ugly as it is. But our host is down on there main minecraft server and are trying to fix it. We already maintain around 5-10 players.

Just a note, the server is multi language. Albanian and English (most of the Albanian players can speak decent understandable English). The other Owner speaks Albanian and English, so we got the both sorted.
