i am looking to pay someone to teach me Java and bukkit.
I don't know anything so I want to learn it all.
I can pay by the lesson or by the month. If you would recommend a site rather than a person please tell me.

Wouldn't say your best choice, youtube will teach you how to make (for example) a Scoreboard plugin, you can then make a Scoreboard plugin. You don't understand how its made but you make it. Thats all you can learn how to make individual plugins. This should get you started, any questions feel free to PM me.

You're going to want to learn Java before Bukkit.
