CodexMC | Complex Plugins Needed | Long-Term Developers Needed

Hello! My IGN is SpiritPotato, and I co-own a server known as CodexMC. Here at Codex, we want to ensure our players that our server is fully customized, and has clearly had a lot of time and effort put into it. Thus, we are requesting custom plugins. What we'd request is long-term developers willing to contribute a large portion of they day to contributing to our server. We would need a lot of work done, so we prefer you to have at least a few years of experience in Minecraft coding. Before you ask, WE ARE WILLING TO PAY. The amount we pay will be decided based on the size of the projects. Some current projects we need are a custom KitPvP plugin, custom Prison plugin, and potentially an entire custom essentials plugin. As I said, these are not any simple projects and would definitely require a lot of experience. Because of the size of our requested projects, we are willing to pay a lot, however as I said, that will be discussed if you choose to message me.
