Complex Minigame Plugin

I already have the plugin completely written out, but I would prefer to not post it on this thread.

It's going to be a decently big plugin, but I don't see it being too hard. There are a load of different GUI's that will have to be made and also a few custom abilities that might be a bit confusing to develop, but besides that it shouldn't be too hard to create.
