I recently stumbled across a post that was looking for faction players and offered a F-Top Cash prize. I feel Mc-Market should be able to punish server owners who fail to follow through with there promised payouts as they do in the Contest & Giveaways section.

CONTEST AND GIVEAWAY RULES
The following rules apply to contests and giveaways hosted on MC-Market in the “Contests and Giveaways” section.
4.1 Do not close your contest/giveaway without first announcing the winner.
4.2 Do not start a contest/giveaway without also specifying a reasonable contest closing date.
4.3 Do not offer to giveaway any item or service which you do not intend to provide.
4.4 Do not offer to giveaway any item or service which you do not own or have the right to redistribute.
4.5 Do not include connection to or growing you in any way via social media to be a requirement for winning.

Granted it does say "contests and giveaways hosted on MC-Market" but if you advertise your server on Mc-Market I think it's fair to have these rules applied to you. Personally I think failing to pay out is considered a scam since servers advertise a payout to appeal to players and have them purchase ranks for a better chance at winning that cash prize. Not only do players loose there money they spent on ranks but they also loose there time grinding to win that sweet cash prize.

As you said on your suggestion, those giveaway rules only apply to people giving things away on-site, not everywhere else.

However, if someone promises a payout and then fails to provide it after the map ends, then that's scamming in my opinion and you should probably open a ticket about how to proceed. I know with competitive servers often times they shut down early and in those situations I don't think that they should necessarily need to provide the full payout, but I do think that scamming players isn't a very good way to run a server.

This is essentially how we already handle it I believe. Denied, thanks.
