Cool plugin Idea

I would like someone to make me a plugin that allow everyone (doesn't need perms) to do /communitychest or /cchest and they will have a chest opened where they can put and grab items. Everyone can see it and take them, it's to share. Mainly. It'll be cool if it could have like pages, like you can click a random item in the corner and will open another chest (like a second page) and like that. I would like to be able to edit the block you click to go back and forth and to be able to edit how many pages the chest will have. Budget is around 20 but i don't think it's worth 20 xd. Idk tbh.

Don't try and fuck devs over if they make a plugin for you don't resell it for profit. That's
1. Illegal unless you agreed to that. You own the rights to use the plugin, not the developers work.
2. Extremely immoral and sleazy as hell.

I know very well you didn't receive permission from the developer. I contacted him myself to confirm this and you never received prior permission.
